About the Macmillan Teacher Training Blog

This blog was set up by the Macmillan Teacher Training Department. Each year we organise around 150 training courses for over 10,000 teachers all around Spain. Government initiatives have resulted in schools of all sectors and levels digitalising their classrooms to various degrees and our aim is to provide teachers with the help and support they need to meet this new challenge. The Macmillan Teacher Training blog will include a wide selection of web tools which can be adapted for use in the language classroom as a means of enhancing skills work. We will include examples of digital materials we’ve created using a range of web tools, plus links to the various websites where they can be found. You will also be able to watch tutorials which explain how to create these materials step by step.

Teachers are invited to submit comments and of share their own experiences of using technology in the classroom. All your suggestions for websites, digital materials and how to exploit them in the classroom are most welcome!

Enjoy the blog!
